It always helps me to know that I have someone who does love me and hears me with unconditional love ... Our sessions have opened my eyes to other’s suffering and I see things much differently than I did before. I am a different person in many ways. I now look for joy.

My Story.
In 2016, my life had completely erupted. For years, I had silently braved my battle with depression, presenting a smiling face of strength and happiness. Then one day, my fear, anger, and anxiety resulted in the failure of two businesses, deep financial debt, the loss of many close friends and relationships, and a knife at my wrists contemplating why I should continue living.
Coaching saved my life. My coach introduced me to Real Love® and the grounding principals coupled with the transformative practices changed my circumstances. I was able to address and release the shame of failure, incrementally crawl out of doubt by addressing my avoidant tendencies, understand my selfish and unloving behaviors that created conditional relationships in my life, and understand what unconditional love means. This philosophy had such an impact on me, personally and professionally, that I worked and studied to become a Wise Person in Real Love®. My own personal approach to coaching is unique blending of Real Love®, Somatic Therapy, and Restorative Practices that works with an individual, holistically, in their physical, mental/emotional, and spiritual bodies to transform everything from our core wounding and limiting beliefs to reprogramming our brains and learning to settle our bodies. |
